Position 1:  Intern

A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Interns for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Assists with month-end financial reports.
  Helps with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation.
  Assists with audits.
  Balance sheet reconciliation.
  Works on the filing of accounting records and backups.
  Reviews tax reports.
  Data entry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Applicants should be Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors, proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability of multi-tasking and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. Travel to the regions may be required.


Position 2:  Cluster Graphic Designer

 

A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Cluster Graphic Designer for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Thinks creatively and develops new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
 Responsible for creating design solutions with high visual impact.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Be comfortable working within Hotel Brand Guidelines.
 Works across a variety of products, including print and digital advertising, promotion and marketing.
 Ensures all jobs are completed according to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Knowledgeable about working with corporate and luxury lifestyle brands.
 Positive attitude and good communication skills.
 At least 2 years’ experience in a graphic design role in any of the following industries: media, advertising, design, marketing communications, corporations.
 Be able to use graphic design software professionally including Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photo Shop.
 Strong organizational and time management skills to meet expectations, deadlines and commitments.
 Apple Mac / PC literate with competency in all major design computer packages.
 Willingness to work and learn.


Position 3:  PR & Marketing Manager

 

A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for PR & Marketing Manager for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 To be responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy.
 Approves all activities through Group Marketing Office.
 Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
 Ensures consistency in hotel’s voice on all guest touch points and marketing communications.
 Ensures that property is following all corporate marketing guidelines.
 Acts on behalf of property with all vendors, exacting a balance between quality work and price, requesting estimates and approving all materials as needed.
 Works with media buyer to plan and execute advertising.
 Manages marketing budget throughout year.
 Keeps track of actual versus planned marketing budgets and provides input and recommendations as needed regarding reallocation of funding.
 Develops brochure and property collateral materials.
 Maintains, updates, and manages property web site.
 Develops promotions for various campaigns, keeping in mind strategy and goals of promotion
 Provides all sales channels with creative and unique tools to assist in the sales and marketing of the property.
 Keeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property’s marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.)
 Assists property with materials, tracking/analysis and presentations to owners.
 Reviews and provides analysis on hotel website and email campaign tracking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
 Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for Social Media and PR.
 Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
 Knowledge of the local market.
 Knowledge of hospitality industry.
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
 Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing and PR disciplines, plans and strategies.
