Assistant Site Manager (Baku airport) – UPB Holding

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Due to the new construction project in Baku, Azerbaijan, the company is looking for a temporary position (approximately 1 year assignment) of ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER (Baku airport)

Job Duties:

– Administrative support to the management/site management, daily work management if needed
– Translation of documents (Azerbaijani/Russian/English)
– Administrative support in various document preparation and flow (contracts, letters, invoices, monthly performance forms (Forma 2, 3 etc)
– Ensure compliance with local Health and Safety requirements

Requirements:

– Basic knowledge in construction, technical/construction education (in process) will be considered as advantage
– Experience in similar position
– Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, English
– Fully familiar with computer, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet. Microsoft Project and AutoCad/Tekla knowledge will be considered as advantage
– High responsibility
– Strong time management, organizational and process planning skills
– Driving license (B)
