BP Contract Focal Point – Enermech Baku

Role: BP Contract Focal Point

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the daily operation of the BP Crane Contract to ensure that service is provided to the client that meets safety, quality, financial and customer satisfaction targets
• Provide Leadership to Contract Support Engineers on technical, resourcing and contractual matters
• Ensure all operations are carried out within defined budgets
• Liaise with Clients to ensure appropriate service delivery
• Ensuring that Safety is first priority in completion of all Contracts department responsible areas
• Daily supervision of Contracts department from a technical, contractual and resourcing viewpoint
• Create and review reports on budgets and performance against contract deliverables
• Ensure contract KPI targets are achieved
• Deal with any employee issues effectively with support from HR when required
• Ensure clients billings are provided in time and accurately and any resulting queries dealt with in a timely manner
• Ensuring Contracts department meet key  EnerMech objectives and targets
• Introduce other EnerMech services to Client over and above Cranes and Lifting
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment
• Apply EnerMech Group and where appropriate Client’s Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures
• Ensure that all Quality and operational procedures as identified in EnerMech QA Manuals are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures

Requirements for the position:

Essential:

• Previous experience of Crane health care & management
• Previous experience in management of crane maintenance & inspection
• Previous experience in control of crane personnel engineers & technicians
• Ability to travel offshore in support of contract, audits or investigations

Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge

• Leadership Ability to control maintenance teams
• Financial Skills – Understanding of Budget, CAPEX, Gross Profit
• Business Development Skills Ability to implement Client Account Management
• Project Management Skills Understanding of Risk, Change, Variations and Planning
• Incident investigation skills

Personal Qualities

• Ability to coordinate a wide range of activities
• Good problem solver
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good English- both written and oral
