We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.
Summary/Objective
The manager of business development is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive development plan that would increase company’s revenues and profits.
The duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Performing market research and competitors analysis;
• Using the knowledge of the market and competitors, and increasing the company’s retail chain;
• Assisting in or producing feasibility studies/business plans for new projects;
• Meeting/Presenting Company’s business to existing and perspective partners in order to enhance partnership relationships;
• Negotiating commercial conditions/contracts and ensuring their profitability;
• Working closely with members of the team to generate financial forecasts;
• Supervise the new Project/s from A to Z (including the construction supervision);
• Attend industry events and conferences, provide feedback on the new trends.
Personal skills and requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (MBA or an International background would be an advantage);
• Previous experience as a senior business development, country manager or a similar role;
• Three (3) years of project/program management experience;
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth;
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking;
• Financial and Project Management knowledge;
• Excellent Business Communication and Negotiation Skills;
• Time Management and Organizational skills;
• Experience in working with senior management in a corporate/business environment;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Programs Knowledge (MS Office).
