Customer Service Representative (Front Office Operationist)
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely and providing high level of services to the Individual clients.
Provision of various range of banking services & products to the customers through different communicating channels within agreed deadlines & with highest level of standards;
Consultation customers regarding the most suitable banking products and seeking opportunities for cross-selling;
Maintaining proper documents flow (including customer records) & archiving in accordance with approved policies & procedures;
Completing all relevant documentation and reports accurately and within agreed deadlines;
Identifying and referring any possible fraudulent transactions and incidents;
No less than 2 (two) years’ experience in related position;
Education: Economics, Mathematic, Technical;
Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English (both verbal and written);
Good knowledge skills in MS office programs;
Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving;
Frequent coordination, communication, service quality.
