Education

Secondary school: from September 1991 till 1993 in Ayin village scondary school, from September 1993 till 2001 in secondary school № 20 named general M.Asadov.

High school: in 2001 with high score (654 from 700) entered to the Academy of Public Adminstration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (APA), faculty Public Adminstration. In 2005 with honours degree graduated from the Academy (bachelor).

That year (2005) entered to the State Economic University of Azerbaijan Republic (master specialization: custom relations) and finished with honours in July 2007.

June 2007 - Central European University (Budapest, Hungary), special technical training on economic policy.



Work Experience

May 2004 - May 2005 : Chairman of the Student Science Society in the faculty of Public Adminstration in the Academy of Public Adminstration.

May 2005 – February 2006 : Executive Director in the North Regional Centre of NAYORA.

February 2006 – June 2006 : Assistant in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of State Economic University.

March 2007- until now: Editor of the magazines “Budget & transparency” and “Oil contracts in Azerbaijan”.

July 2006 – until now: Economist – policy researcher at the Public Finance Monitoring Center (PFMC).

May 2008 – until now: Head of Economic Projects and Reseach Division – Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association (ATIB)

September 2008 – until now: teacher at the Academy of Public Adminstration
