Job Title 1: SAP Business Analyst (Department: IT
Summary:
The SAP Business Analyst will focus on providing functional analysis and support to specific business groups to realize operational excellence objectives. Business groups include Supply Chain, Accounting and Operations. Modules include FICO, SD, MM, HR, etc. Analyst will describe business requirements and/or develop business solutions to solve complex problems and issues related to business operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree – Required.
• 3+ years’ experience with SAP.
• Experience in a full implementation or upgrade of SAP is preferred.
• Experience with at least one module, including FICO, SD, MM.
• Understanding of SAP to evaluate and advise on functional options
• Extensive experience in partnering with other functional areas (supply chain, sales, finance, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail is highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and methodology documentation.

Job Description:
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, resolves, and responds to inquiries, questions and IT help-desk requests submitted by end-users of SAP modules.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Effectively communicates with technical teams.
• Translates business and/or process requirements into functional requirements within SAP to support the development teams with the technical design and implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and helps to confirm issues/bugs/results of specific features.
• Perform additional duties as required by management
Job Title 2: SAP Business Intelligence Analyst(Department: IT)
Summary:
The SAP Business Intelligence Analyst’s main responsibilities involve the analysis, design, development and configuration of Business Intelligence Tools to provide data and analytics solutions. Activities also include working with business users to establish requirements; design, configure and test solutions (reports, dashboards, etc.) to business specifications. This person would be expected to help business users in understanding landscape of existing solutions, determining ways to leverage and enhance these solutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems preferred (will consider a Bachelor’s degree in another field).
• Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy and know how to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
• 2+ years of experience in information technology environment designing, building, and deploying system solutions.
• Experience in SAP BW (SAP BW4HANA) and data modeling (BW backend experience)
• Experience in data visualization tools such as SAP Business Objects 4.2 required.
• Experience working with SAP BI tools creating custom reports, BO WEBI, BO Analysis for Excel/OLAP, Design Studio.
• Experience working with database structures and connectivity (SAP and Non-SAP related)
• Experience in creating logical data models.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective BI Solutions.
• Ability to balance technical skills with business knowledge and know how to transform end-user needs into BI solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO/MM/SD/HR modules.
