Finance Manager

Requirement for nominee:

– Finance or relevant education background
– At least 1 year experience as Finance Team leader or manager
– ACCA or relevant certification
– Proficient user of Excel
– Knowledge of using a major ERP system
– Experience in managing, motivating and energizing department staff
– Good oral and written communication in English

Job description
is including, but not limited to the following major points:

– Maintain a documented, but not limited to the accounting policies and procedures
– Forecast cash flow positions, ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirement
– Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
– Reporting to management on variances from the established budget and the reason for those variances
– Manage monthly quarterly and annual management reporting
– Manage periodic tax reporting
– Participate in new system implementations (accounting, sales, etc.
– Supervise staff of Construction Support Group finance team
