1. Tax Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage tax software and implement new features and updates, assist with the quarterly and annual provision process;
• Examine reports and compute taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws and regulations;
• Research and prepare tax analysis citing proper statute, regulation and case material to support company’s tax position in an audit or tax planning capacity;
• Monitor tax news services for developments that may impact the business operations and/or tax filing positions;
• Verify timely payment and reports received;
• Review records, prepare and adjust quarterly reports and verify tax penalties, and interest;
• Provide consultancy regarding the tax related issues;
• Analyze Income Tax accounts.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
• Minimum 2 years of tax experience;
• Solid Tax Code and legislation knowledge;
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy;
• Demonstrated analytical, technical, organizational and problem solving skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work well in a team and independently;
• Strong computer skills (including Excel);
• Demonstrated initiative in mastering new technical areas quickly;
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

2. Leading Specialist in Information Security

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing and implementing information security policies, procedures and standards for the organization based on industry regulations and security frameworks and applicable best practices;
• Develop and administer internal information security assurance, standards and procedures;
• Assist in managing employee information security awareness and training initiatives;
• Assure software and infrastructure development security practices are understood, measurable and meet security requirements;
• Establish a “security awareness” culture within the company;
• Identify, evaluate, and report on Information Security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements, and aligns with and supports the risk posture of the organization;
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive Information Security and IT risk management program to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field;
• Good understanding of cyber security and information security principles, methodologies, requirements and solutions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge and solid understanding of security industry best practices;
• Knowledge of current and emerging cyber security and information security tools, technologies, solutions and methodologies;
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills;
• Excellent problem solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed;
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.;
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations;
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval;
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related field;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position;
