Maintenance Engineer
Key responsibilities:
Comply with and maintain Company Global Maintenance Managment System (GMMS)
Maintain a preventative maintenance program in accordance with Company Policy / Procedure in the form of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
To ensure all direct reports including 3rd party personnel and Service Engineers comply with Company and respective installation Safety Procedures
Ensure all equipment under their control complies with statutory requiremnts and is maintained at all times in a safe manner
Plan maintenance and repair works so as to minimise any operatinal effect
Liaise directly with both onshore and offshore operational and technical management as per company policy
Supervise and maintain rig cleanliness and housekeeping for all responsible areas
Managing and controlling maintenance process in order to keep equipment in an acceptable condition and to prevent any equipment failure, accordance with the maintenance schedule (CMMS) and technical services;
Ensure there is an adequate level of spare parts both onshore and offshore to meet the individual platforms requirement. Maintain environmentally reliant parts as required by Original Equipment Manufacturer. (OEM)
Manage and control the receipt, return, delivery and repair of all maintenance equipment to and from the platform
Controlling quality of delivered materials with appropriate services
Carry out equipment failure investigation and reporting
Develop and maintain a high level of competence as directed by the onshore maintenance department Delivering maintenance knowledge from Operation Maintenance manuals from respective equipment to maintenance crew;
Maintain and populate equipment documentation and certification data base
Registration of equipment non-productive time (NPT);
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of maintenance activities
Completing electronic history of complete reporting structure as part of GMMS;
Management of all Maintenance libraries.
General requirements:
High Technical education
Be informed about company operations and basic knowledge of technical terminology
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal

Knowledge and some understanding of maintenance skills
Information on equipment and devices
Strong analytical skills
Microsoft Office programs
