1. Campaign Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies/companies, who will deliver parts of the campaign activity
• Work within a budget
• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
• Ensure that the company’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
• Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
• Take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows, exhibitions, company events
• Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
• Overseeing the special projects by PASHA Travel – both online and offline

Job Requirements:

• Experience in event and campaigns management
• Savvy negotiation skills
• Experience in procurement
• Ability to prioritize
• Integrity
• Positive attitude
• Excellent Azerbaijani, Russian and English skills – both written and verbal

2. Destination Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the travel needs of clients, ensuring the most cost effective and convenient options are offered, adhering to requests made by clients, maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Co-ordinate ground arrangements, sourcing and booking conference facilities, transfers and accommodation, selling of touristic packs, guided and other tours, reserving different outlets, translation services and providing quotation.
• Liaise with other team members to ensure completion of high quality proposals in line with client deadlines.
• Create accurate and timely event plans, communicating clearly with those involved both within and outside of the company.
• Arrange signage of contracts of selling tourism packs with the customers.
• Participate in tourism exhibitions and conferences upon the request.
• Produce daily reports and enter all data to the 1C software.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
• Very good knowledge of Azerbaijani geography and destination peculiarities
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer service skills and customer oriented attitude
• 2-4 years’ experience in tourism and hospitality industry
• Team oriented, punctual with sense of time and responsibility
• Fast-learning, enthusiastic and initiative, highly motivated
• Capable to handle multiple tasks
