Role synopsis

Candidates should have previous significant experience in a QC Inspection role in the oil and gas industry and have experience in using QA/QC management systems. Additionally, holding a CSWIP 3.2 certificate is essential.
The role will Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.

Key Responsibilities

3. Project Delivery Manager

Role synopsis

In order to support ongoing work in the region, PD&MS Group are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join the team based in Baku, Azerbaijan.  The role requires a high degree of Drilling Equipment and System knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of all Caspian based projects and providing specialist Drilling Facility knowledge/ input from appraisal to close-out ensuring they are delivered to the client on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• General project management tasks at company premises, client premises, third party sites and yards pursuant to the project being managed.
• Overall responsibility for technical and commercial deliver of projects in the region
• Planning and Implementing nationalisation and localisation requirements as part of project delivery
• Establish and implement project meetings and reviews whether internally or externally at Client premises and ensure their frequency and repetition. Ensure clear and concise actions are agreed and executed.
• Preserving the reputation and interests of Company and Client at all times.
• Oversee and obtain buy in to the preparation of all project cost estimates and approval of same.

4. Lead Mechanical/Piping Engineer

The successful candidate will be act as Focal Point for the engineering activities of the Engineering team acting as a conduit between management and staff delegating tasks, negotiating workloads, assessing performance and reporting on developments.
Preference will be given to citizens of Azerbaijan.

Key Responsibilities

5. Offshore Construction Supervisor/LOLER Focal Point

Role synopsis

In order to support ongoing work in the region, PD&MS Group are looking for an experienced Offshore Construction Supervisor/LOLER Focal Point.
They will be responsible for the supervision, coordination and management of all construction projects offshore to include but not limited to: Structural, Piping, HVAC, Hydraulics, (E&I) Electrical and Instrumentation, Rigging and Scaffolding.
The OCS/LOLER Focal Point shall demonstrate a strong safety leadership of the projects relating to the facility assigned to them, and actively manage each scope to deliver in a safe and timely manner.
The OCS/LOLER Focal Point shall lead and manage all relevant personnel to ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress, issues and plans, including SHE Advisor and Planners (onshore & offshore).
Additionally, they will ensure all LOLER expertise is provided to development, review and approval of Lift Plans and rigging requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Construction Manager the successful candidate will be required undertake the following tasks:
