Senior Brand Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To build brand strategy based on brand promise
• To manage and improve image of company brand through developing and launching brand campaigns
• To ensure strategic and tactical brand activities in order to improve and maintain brand image
• To create communication strategy and execution plan of the Company
• To be responsible for overall commercial and brand communications/events plan to be in alliance with brand strategy
• To maintain/improve Company brand scores for key brand indicators
• To provide technical assistance to relevant units for brand activities
• To ensure efficiency in the budget utilization
• To maintain briefing and managing creative agency workflow
• To cooperate with the creative agency in development of communication for brand as well as in all aspects of the campaign and brand management
• To cooperate media team in delivering campaigns KPIs
• To prepare brand equity, brand tracking and awareness reports
Required education:
• University degree in Marketing, Public Relations or relevant sphere
Required work experience:
• 2-5 years of work experience in brand management
Required skills and qualifications:
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Integrity
• Attentive to details
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Project management
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian language is an advantage)
