SpacePacific is a hybrid structured consultancy business offers project management & consulting services for clients.

We are on incubation stage and recruiting for our Baku Office. We are developing projects which to be implemented within Asia-Pacific region.

Position 1: Financial Analyst

Required

● Be self-starter and work with minimum supervision
● Excellent consultation and communication skills (both written and verbal in English/Azerbaijani)
● Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and from a range of backgrounds.
● Ability to research unfamiliar topics within a short time frame and learn quickly.
● Excellent time management skills, in particular, working with deadlines

Role description & responsibilities (training & support will be provided)

● Research and analyze the required financial/economic data inputs for all current and future projects
● Preparation/analysis of financial plans and detailed cost and resource estimation, feasibility tests for new project initiatives
● Make recommendations on project options based on your knowledge of various financial models

Qualifications & Experience

● Detail-oriented and highly-organized person
● Good communication and presentation skills
● BS degree , preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
● Higher Education in economics, accounting, business, commerce or related areas.
● Preferably 1-3 years’ experience with the strong interest to learn & work in a team environment

Position 2: Marketing Specialist

Required

● Excellent consultation and communication skills (both written and verbal in English/Azerbaijani)
● Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and from a range of backgrounds.
● Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
● Ability to research unfamiliar topics within a short time frame and learn quickly.
● Excellent time management skills,in particular, working with deadlines
● Be self-starter and work with minimum supervision

Role description & responsibilities (training & support will be provided)

● Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities in specified region
● Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans for project initiatives
● Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
● Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas
● Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets

Qualifications & Experience

● Detail-oriented and highly-organized person
● Good communication and presentation skill
● BSc/BA preferably in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
● 1-3 years’ preferably experience in marketing together with the potential interest to learn & work in a team environment
