“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist for Premium Banking Division of Personal Banking Department.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Necessary action in order to achieve the goal of sales
• Effective respond to the needs of customers in premium banking segment
• Coordinating of sale efforts with the branches
• Coordination and simplification of mutual sales opportunities
• Provision of professional services to VIP clients
• Looking for opportunities for the development of Premium Banking business
• Description and documentation of procedures of the business process turnover
• Preparing of strategic and commercial plan of Premium Banking Segment
• Preparing of standarts in dealing with Premium Banking customers
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimal level of experience in improvement of operational/credit processes: 3 years
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
