Vacancy I: Electrical QA/QC Inspector

Responsibilities:

• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
• To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
• To attend all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
• Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.
• Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions
• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings
• Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QCQA documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
• Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, General Contractor representative’s and project owners representative’s .

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as electrical engineer in construction field
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English


Vacancy II: Mechanical QA/QC Inspector

Responsibilities:

 Independently performs difficult engineering tasks to completion that may include a variety of complex features, conflicting design requirements, unusual materials requirements, and the need to coordinate the work of others;
 Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports;
 Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications by direct review and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary;
 Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes as described in project specific contract documents;
 Provide daily QC Mechanical reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project’s established standard and constructively confronts non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner;
 Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work;
 Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project;
 Conduct preconstruction meetings with new and existing subcontractors and the superintendent at least two days prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues that affect quality;
 Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems;
 Maintain the project “as-built” drawings on a daily basis;
 Assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-builts and warranties;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related field (Construction, Mechanical and etc.)
• Experience as Mechanical Engineer or QA/QC Mechanical Engineer is a must
• Fluent Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English


Vacancy III: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Region (Accommodation provided by company)

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, method statement and Quality Control plans/procedures.
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and collect and file the required quality records.
• Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures.
• Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion.
• Cooperation and implementation of relative corrective actions, NCR, SOR,s etc. Systematically records the nonconformity or event reports issued and identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications.
• Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives.
• Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.
• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes as described in project specific contract documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position
• Experience in -5 years in Industrial, Civil and Residential building projects as QA/QC Engineer or related field (Civil Engineer) is a must
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English


Vacancy IV: Internal Audit & Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist to perform analysis of existing business processes; provide recommendations for possible improvement and solutions;
• Carry out monitoring of existing information systems, analyze data and prepare relevant reports;
• Assist in business process optimization, evaluate process metrics and identify gaps in terms of ensuring that business needs are being met;
• Work independently or with senior team members to support internal and external audit related activities;
• Be proactive and initiative;
• Report to Head of the Division on the progresses given tasks on daily and/or weekly basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 year experience in Audit of Management Systems and Process Performance Monitoring
• Knowledge of KPI Systems
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office. ERP software and databases experience is preferable
• Certified Internal Auditor/Certified Information Systems Auditor is preferable
