Vacancy: Assistant to Finance Director
Job location: Azerbaijan/Baku, Marine Plaza
Required work experience: 1-2 years
Education: Bachelor
Responsibilities:
• Intermediate level of spoken and written in English, Excellence in Azeri and Russian languages.
• Experience with 1C or related computer accounting systems is appreciated
• Proven experience as junior accountant other similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Requirements:
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
• Register of receivable/payable invoices
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings;
