MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interaction with market research analysts, understanding patterns of the customer base, identifying customized offer development opportunities for new product development
• Development of the new products concept for individual client segment, coordination with relevant “expert units” (e.g. IT, risk) during this process
• Preparation of comprehensive analysis of new product feasibility and performance forecasts
• Studying product development practices of successful international organizations
• Development of acquiring business, ATM/POS network, e-commerce
• Business case preparation (e.g. cost evaluation, profitability and return on investment measurement, benchmarking, etc.)
• Analyzing the performance of already developed products, looking for opportunities for products update
• Preparation of Individual clients product passports, and monitoring of necessity for update
• Control of Individual clients product passports appropriate documentation and timely update
• Negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions with 3rd party processing centers
• Conducting training for staff
• Control and review of business case preparation (e.g. cost evaluation, profitability and return on investment measurement, benchmarking, etc.)
Age
• 25-35
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimal level of relevant experience: 3 years
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
