Position Role and Responsibility
Training:
• To prepare training and development projects,
• To make training and business development projects of local administration
• To provide support for the adaptation and implementation of training and business development projects
• To determine the most suitable training methods and to provide
• Content development to improve the quality of the classroom and face to face training
• To create FSM grading system in order to allocate training resource in the most efficient way
• To find the best way to create “Brand Ambassador” at the Huawei’s sales channels
• To share field actions with instant or weekly conference meetings
• To receive training actions to be taken in response to competitors’ sales actions.
• To report and evaluating trainings
• To organize product and sales training for F/F and FSMs who work at Huawei’s sales channel.
• To report the training reports and their productivities to superiors.
• To give product and sales training in Operator and Chain stores in certain period of time
• To follow improvement of personnel who have training in the direction of soft skill program
• To provide invites to participate in planned classroom trainings and giving them trainings
• To create “Brand Ambassadors” on Huawei’s sales channels
Promotion & Display:
• Design the Promotion with KA manager and take major responsibility for the promotion execution. Plan the promotion material including posters, cut out etc, and follow the delivery.
• Visit shop routinely, maintained the shop display and PSI info, also the CRM with the shop. Plan and Execution of the Huawei table and Huawei Zone and maintain.
Requirements:
(at least 2 years field experience – distributor or expeditor is mandatory):
• Higher education
• Proven sales relevant experience (experience in field sales and/or handset business is desirable)
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and dealer owners
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
• PC proficiency
This position requires only Azerbaijan citizenship.
