“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Compliance Officer of Regulatory Compliance Sub-division for Compliance department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for coordination of Bank’s compliance with Tax Code, Execution Law, execution of court instructions & sanctions, preventing tax evasion and ensuring appropriate response to external regulatory requests in time.
• Writing off sums from accounts according to legislation
• Assistance in Tax, DSMF and Court orders (sanctions) execution
• Assisting senior staff in registering tax notifications and providing new accounts info to tax authorities
• Conducting legal monitoring related to tax issues
• Collection appropriate information for regulators
• Prepare correct and timely response to regulatory requests

AGE:
• 21-35

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level of relevant experience: 1-3 years

QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
• Education directions: BA, MSc, MBA, Finance, Accounting

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Frequent coordination and/or team problem solving with other structural units for work production or service quality
• Provide other employees with information, data, and general guidelines with respect to job responsibilities and/or accountabilities
