HR Manager
Job Description:
• HR-management processes: planning, recruitment, adaptation, appraisal and development
• Develop and implement programs to stimulate and motivating staff
• Development and implementation of measures aimed at the development of corporate culture
• Formation and management of staff HR department
• Development and implementation of personnel policies in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the company
• Creation of a full HR service
• Management of the adaptation of the personnel
• Manage HR budgets
• Planning of human resource needs, the formation of a personnel reserve
• Development and implementation of training and development of young specialists.
Requirements:
• University Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social and Humanitarian Sciences
• Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
• Understanding of modern systems of personnel management
• Healthy ambition, sense of humor, stress tolerance, humanity, decency total
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of business etiquette, friendliness
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Computer Literacy: MS Office, 1C
• Languages: Russian, Azerbaijani, English – fluent
Work conditions:
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (13:00/14:00 lunch)
