HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Preparing current and perspective staffing plans;
• Preparing employee files and documents according to labor code;
• Registering employees in government electron register;
• Conducting orientation training for new employees and monitoring their adaptation process;
• Creating policies, procedures and codex according to company philosophy and monitoring their implementation;
• Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons;
• Identifying training needs of employees and preparing training plans;
• Preparing compensation strategy according to conducted job analysis and job evaluation;
• Preparing and implementing annual vacation plan;
• Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization;
• Implementing other HR practices within the company;
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree or Apprenticeship;
• 2 to 4+ Years’ Experience;
• Knowledge of general HR practices required. Must be computer literate.
