1. Marketing Assistant

Primary responsibilities

– Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
– Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
– Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
– Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
– Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
– Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
– Preparing interesting written copy for the website.
– Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
– Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
– Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
– Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
– Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
– Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
– Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches

Skills and requirements

– Proven experience as a marketing assistant
– Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
– Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
– Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
– Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
– Exquisite communication and people skills
– Excellent  Azerbaijani, Russian, English skills – both written and oral

Education/degrees

– High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage


2. Public Relations Manager

Primary responsibilities

– Manage public relations department.
– Evaluate and implement sales promotion programs.
– Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company.
– Prepare and publish newsletters and other company literature.
– Create motivational videos.
– Release promotion literature about new products.
– Draft speeches with chief executives.
– Respond to information queries from media and the general public.
– Identify audience for product or service.
– Write press releases and media kits.
– Develop and maintain corporate image and logos.
– Maintain effective working relationships with government officials and media representatives.
– Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
– Manage an organization’s reputation with the public in general and clients.
– Compile comprehensive information about the company for the media.
– Develop and launch web pages.
– Manage communications budgets.

Skills and requirements

– Must be a confident communicator and presenter
– Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
– Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
– Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
– Possess the ability to keep information confidential
– Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
– Ability to work in high-stress environments,
– A wide degree of creativity and latitude
– Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level;
– Excellent  Azerbaijani, Russian, English skills – both written and oral

Education/degrees

– A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or Marketing with a PR or Advertising concentration.


3. Corporate Sales Representative

Primary responsibilities

– Managing and growing the existing customer base;
– Greeting the customer in a friendly and professional manner;
– Prospect for new customers and develop a portfolio;
– Track customers, promote products, work as a part of a team;
– Daily report to Corporate Sales Director;
– Respects deadlines and organizes tasks accordingly;
– Identify and resolve client concerns;
– Periodically visiting prospective buyers and current clients to remind them how committed the company is to satisfying their business needs.

Skills and requirements

– Proven work experience as a salesperson: sales coordinator, representative or similar role (2+ years in communication and/or IT sector is preferred);
– Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
– Proficiency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani – both written and oral
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
– Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection;
– Good phone manner, strong listening and problem‐solving skills;
– Disciplined and self-motivated to work with little direction;
– Computer use competency

Education/degrees

– Bachelor’s degree in economy is preferred
