- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- Managing filing systems; organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills knowledge(including Word & Excell)
- Presentable looks Hardworking
- 5/7 day
- Full-time (10:00 -19:00)
- Salary 450 AZN
