  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • Managing filing systems; organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills knowledge(including Word & Excell)
  • Presentable looks Hardworking
  • 5/7 day
  • Full-time (10:00 -19:00)
  • Salary 450 AZN
