Position: Recruitment Assistant
Job Role Responsibilities:
Facilitate all onboarding activities for new hires and transfers including maintaining new hire paperwork, coordinating documentations.
Corresponding directly with new hires/transfers for general questions and coordination of pre-employment activities
Onboarding will include the processing of background checks, follow up with candidates on outstanding documentation and creation of the employee file.
The Recruiting Assistant will communicate regularly with the Recruiters on the status of background checks and report any potential delays in start dates.
Assist with postings and research websites and other project-type work
Recruitment assistants aid department managers in updating recruitment policies, and write memos, emails and other correspondence in response to queries and requests.
They may also keep records of candidate interviews and give status reports to managers.
Position Qualification
Knowledge
2 years’ experience at recruitment
BS degree in related field desired
Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
