A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Team Leader for its Hotel Units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in all departmental functions.
2. Monitors the state of assets upkeep and maintenance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis through physical visits of hotel plant rooms and technical installations.
3. Interfaces with Leads of other departments to reflect the as-on-date input from other departments, as applicable.
4. Ensures that all emergency and fire-life-safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested and certified in compliance with required standards.
5. Ensures that the preventive maintenance program for the hotel’s technical plants, machinery and equipment is implemented and applied in timely manner.
6. Monitors utility consumption and expenses and compare with the market and hotels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality industry on similar positions.
University degree in technical areas.
Fluent Azerbaijani, English (Russian is advantage).
Hotel preopening experience is advantage.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
