1. Lead Technological Designer

Job Description:

• Coordinate, and when required execute, the design and drafting activities for Pressure Vessels (reactors, columns, drums. etc.), heat transfer equipment, storage tanks engineering and platform and ladders drawings.
• Be responsible and prime contact for preparation and issue of engineering drawings in accordance with company’s guidelines for pressure vessels, storage tanks, special lines, other special equipment, platform and ladders for columns, vessels and tanks.
• Be responsible and prime contact for check of Vendor drawings in compliance with requisition, project specifications and interfaces with other discipline’s design work for pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, air cooled heat exchangers, double pipe heat exchangers, storage tanks, special lines, other special equipment, pressure vessels drawings part of equipment requisitioned by other disciplines (filters, packages).
• Have the Standard Drawings amended and up to dated, when necessary.
• Keep documents (drawings, correspondence with Suppliers and inspection reports) filed in accordance with the established Discipline Work Instruction.
• Assisting with role of vendor drawing expediter the Project Specialty Leader for Supplier (vendor) drawings including  set  up  of  the  various  purchase  orders,  uploading  of supplier (vendor)  documents  in  the  system,   documents  distribution to the various disciplines, Client and other parties involved in the projects,   Supplier   documents   collection   of comments  from  other  disciplines,  delivery of the commented documents to Suppliers.
• Observe the ethics of confidentiality on technologies licensed by Clients or Third Parties.
• Executing the design, within his competency area, in accordance with the applicable laws and standards requirements regarding Health and Safety and Environment, during the engineering phase
• Complying with the applicable HSE requirements regarding to their health and safety care.

Skills & Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in reputable E&C Companies, serving to O&G industry, in preferably in Refining and/or Petrochemicals business.
• Good knowledge and experience in engineering areas of facilities design and drafting (FEED, Detailed Engineering).
• Competent with relevant international/local codes and standards such as GOST, ASME/ ASTM, WRC, API, TEMA.
• Competent with commercial software CAD software such as AUTOCAD. Knowledge on 3D CAD design software such as AVEVA, Smartplant 3D is a plus.
• Demonstrate leadership and capacity to operate under tight schedules and project criticalities.
• Proven experience in supervision and coordination roles of design and drafting teams for medium/large size projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Proven experience in the areas of engineering, procurement and construction.
• Having relevant technical school background (mechanical or civil).


2. Senior Static Equipment (Vessel) Engineer

Job description:

• Assuring the implementation, within his competency area , of the applicable laws and standards requirements.
• Act as project specialty leader for assigned projects
• Perform and/ or supervise mechanical design, requisitioning, technical bids evaluation and post order follow up of Pressure Vessels.
• Perform and/ or supervise mechanical design, flexibility analysis, requisitioning and technical bid evaluation, post order follow up of Special Lines.
• Perform and/ or supervise requisitioning, technical bids evaluation, post order follow up of API tanks, vessel internals, column trays and internals.
• Prepare and/or supervise job specifications applicable to a project.
• Review of welding procedure specifications, procedure and qualification records, PWHT and forming procedures issued by Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Supervise the design group for preparation and issue of engineering drawings for Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Special Lines, other Special Equipment, platforms and ladders for vessels and tanks.
• Supervise the design group for checking, control and follow up of vendor drawings as post order activities.
• Compile, update and issue a Vendor’s Document Index.
• Distribute Vendor documentation within the team members and co-ordinate their comments.
• Prepare consolidated comments and return these to the Vendor.
• Correspond with the Vendor on technical matters and ensure that action is taken where necessary.
• Monitoring application of design procedures the system, including Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Discipline Guidelines, etc.
• Develop capabilities and skills of the engineers and designers within Static Equipment Group
• Implementing the instructions regarding Health, Safety and Environmental aspects indicated by the appointed functions.

Skills & Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in reputable E&C Companies, serving to O&G industry, preferably in Refining and/or Petrochemicals business.
• Good knowledge and experience in engineering areas of facilities design (FEED, Detailed Engineering)
• Competent with relevant international/local codes and standards such as GOST, ASME/ ASTM, WRC, API, TEMA.
• Extensive knowledge of design and fabrication to ASME VIII.
• Competent with commercial software commonly used for pressure vessels, storage tanks such as COMPRESS, TANK, Nozzle-Pro, Solidworks.
• Additional experience of performing thermal design using HTRI and/or HTFS software is plus.
• Demonstrate leadership and capacity to operate under tight schedules and project criticalities.
• Proven experience in supervision and coordination roles of engineering teams for medium/large size projects
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Proven experience in the areas of engineering, procurement and construction.
• Graduated in mechanical engineering.


3. Head of Technological Specialty Engineering & Drafting

Job description:

• Lead, supervise, coordinate and have prime responsibility as head of company’s specialty engineering and design group (named as Technological Engineering & Design Group), regarding static equipment, utilities, materials selection and piping material specifications.
• Provide Line Management for Technological Engineering & Design Group staff, including performance review.
• Assuring the implementation, within his competency area, of the applicable laws and standards requirements.
• Act as project specialty leader for assigned projects.
• Perform and/or supervise mechanical design, requisitioning, technical bids evaluation and post order follow up of Pressure Vessels.
• Perform and/or supervise mechanical design, flexibility analysis, requisitioning and technical bid evaluation, post order follow up of Special Lines.
• Perform and/or supervise requisitioning, technical bids evaluation, post order follow up of API tanks, vessel internals, column trays and internals.
• Prepare and/or supervise job specifications applicable to a project for controlled bolting-up, heat transfer equipment, refractory material and insulation, welding, painting and protective coating, special corrosion resistant linings, PMI, steam/ liquid tracing, based on SFW’s and/or Client standards.
• Perform and/or supervise thermal/mechanical design for Shell & Tubes Heat Exchangers.
• Perform and/or supervise requisitioning, technical bids evaluation and post order follow up for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Double Pipe and Multi-tube Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Steam Boilers/Generators, Deaerator, Desuperheaters, Electrical Heaters, Vacuum Producing Equipment, other Heat Transfer Equipment and High Temperature Internally Refractory Lined Special Lines.
• Perform and/or supervise requisitioning, technical bids evaluation and post order follow up for manually operated special valves.
• Selection of materials and preparation of the “Materials of Construction” diagram and report, as applicable.
• Review of welding procedure specifications, procedure and qualification records, PWHT and forming procedures issued by Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Preparation, issue and follow up of Piping material specification and Specification for general requirements of piping material components.
• Supervise the design group for preparation and issue of engineering drawings for Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Special Lines, other Special Equipment, platforms and ladders for vessels and tanks.
• Supervise the design group for checking, control and follow up of vendor drawings as post order activities.
• Monitoring of the system, including Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Discipline Guidelines, etc.
• Develop capabilities and skills of the engineers and designers within Technological Group.
• Implementing the instructions regarding Health, Safety and Environmental aspects indicated by the appointed functions.

• Extensive knowledge of design and fabrication to ASME VIII.

4. Heat Transfer Equipment Engineer

Job description:

• Assuring the implementation, within his competency area, of the applicable laws and standards requirements.
• Act as project specialty leader for assigned projects.
• Prepare and/or supervise job specifications applicable to a project for heat transfer equipment based on SFW’s and/or Client standards.
• Perform and/or supervise thermal/mechanical design for Shell & Tubes Heat Exchangers.
• Perform and/ or supervise requisitioning, technical bids evaluation and post order follow up for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Double Pipe and Multi-tube Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Steam Boilers/Generators, Deaerator, Desuperheaters, Electrical Heaters, Vacuum Producing Equipment, other Heat Transfer Equipment and High Temperature Internally Refractory Lined Special Lines.
• Review of welding procedure specifications, procedure and qualification records, PWHT and forming procedures issued by Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Supervise the design group for preparation and issue of engineering drawings for Heat Transfer Equipment, relevant platforms and ladders.
