“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a SME Marketing & Sales Support Specialist.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for SME segment market research (clients’ needs, satisfaction, products features and conditions), distribution channels (including digital), competitive advantage, differentiation drivers, identifying new customers’ segments. Leading marketing mix function of SME banking assisting product owners in product design, competitiveness analysis, exploring distribution channels focusing on digital solutions, new market segments.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading marketing mix function (marketing management)
• Regular market intelligent research for products’ relevance, conditions and features, (using of all acceptable sources – rivals’ web sites, mass media, conducting mystery shopping, surveys, interviews, etc.)
• Defining distribution channels across SME Banking clients’ segments / products. Working closer with all product owners, assisting, making proposals, driving ideas.
• Expanding and developing digital distribution channels. Working closer with digital lab, consultants, clients, providing proposals and ideas for on-line banking service.
• Looking for new clients’ segments/product opportunities. Conducting regular researches, communications with market (clients) to understand competitor landscape and identify business opportunities.
• Exploring the most effective Bank communication channels with clients (segments).
• Regular clients’ meetings.
SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Banking or relevant field.
• High level of analytical and communication/negotiation skills.
• Able to provide highly professional customer service (internal / external clients).
• Experience in marketing and sales support, distribution channels, market research (B2B, mass market)
• Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in business banking (sales, product management) – as advantage.
• Data mining skills – as advantage.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must.
• Good in English and/or Russian.
