Ticketing Agent
Responsibilities:
• Taking reservations calls from passengers and trade partners
• Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
• Handle cancellations, alterations and informing customers when a flight has been delayed or cancelled.
• Dealing with groups and allocations in conformance to individual airline contracts
Requirements:
• Education – higher, work experience no less than 3 years.
• To be strong in communications in English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages, written and verbal
• At least 3 years’ experience in handling Amadeus System
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
