1. Systems Administrator 

Key accountabilities:

• Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Install and maintain network hardware and software.
• Analyze and isolate issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
• Evaluate and modify system’s performance.
• Determine network and system requirements.
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Design and deploy networks.
• Perform network address assignment.
• Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways.
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones.

Required skills/experience:

• A minimum of three years of successful experience with the design, specification, installation and support of local and wide area computer networks.
• 2+ years of Cisco/HP infrastructure configuration, operation, management, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with IP routing and bandwidth management
• Wireless network experience
• Proven technical expertise in desktop, network, server and peripheral device maintenance, installation and management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel and customers at all levels
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English is an advantage

2. HSE Officer

Key accountabilities:

• Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Ensure Contractor site activities comply with Pasha Construction expectations and contract requirements through site inspections and audits.
• Inspection of personnel on adherence to safety rules and procedures
• Provide HSE Induction for site personnel and visitors.
• Participating in section TBT every day

Required skills/experience:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Oil and Gas
• Two plus years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of HSE rules (will be checked with written test)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hard and dynamic worker, good physical condition
• Good safety attitude and focus on accuracy
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent Azerbaijani and good command of English language

3. Buyer

Key accountabilities:

• Coordinates the full cycle of procurement process and distribution of materials/services ensuring timely delivery and effective cost management.
• Performs price, lead time and other important negotiations with suppliers.
• Analyzes the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date commodity is needed.
• Issues RFQ’s and purchase orders/contracts that comply with company and government regulations;
• Ensures delivery, price, and quality meet expectations.
• Reviews quality problems with engineering personnel and directs action required to correct defects.
• Investigates potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements – implements Supplier Pre-qualification procedures
• Conducts periodic and special surveys of supplier’s facilities and manufacturing processes to determine adequacy and capability of quality control and ability to comply with engineering and quality specifications.
• Prepares reports to the Procurement Manager, when required, regarding contractor/vendor/supplier capability and/or performance.
• May travel occasionally, primarily in the local area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

4. Internal Auditor

Key accountabilities:

• Assist internal audit team in development of a risk-based audit approach (including standard audit procedures) with focus on significant business risk exposures, improvement opportunities, as well as financial and compliance risks;
• Execute audit procedures, which will include identifying issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, documenting the procedures performed and presenting the conclusions reached;
• Conduct interviews, review documents, develop and administer questionnaires, compose summary memos, and prepare detailed working papers;
• Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations to enhance internal controls, maximize efficiency and minimize exposure to loss and regulatory risk using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed. Draft audit recommendations and report issues to support findings identified during the audit. Obtain management response on control issues identified and the action plan to implement recommendations;
• Assess compliance with regulatory requirements, financial accounting and auditing standards, and company policies.

Required skills/experience:

• Candidates should have at least Bachelor’s degree in audit, accounting or related subjects;
• At least 2 year relevant internal or external audit experience. Big 4 public accounting firm experience is advantageous;
• Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft office applications, PowerPoint);
• Proficient in applying accounting principles, auditing standards, procedures, and techniques;
• Understanding of internal control concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various business processes/areas/functions;
• Understanding of internal auditing standards, and risk assessment practices;
• Proficient level understanding of fraud and business ethics;
• Desire to pursue or have already obtained ACCA, CIA, CFE or other professional designation;
• Ability to travel to regions of the Azerbaijan Republic for audit assignments;
• Strong speaking and writing English language skills, Russian will be a preference.

5. Payroll Administrator

Key accountabilities:

• Maintain electronic timekeeping system
• Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets
• Assist in coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports)
• Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel and overtime claims, track and deduct all garnishments, advances and other special payroll deductions
• Preparation and processing of monthly payroll for over 600 employees (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leave and terminations)
• Order of salary cards, collection/distribution and cancellation
• Ensure accuracy of received sick-leaves, vacation requests and posting to payroll database
• Issue annual salary reference letters upon request
• Preparation of payroll reports

Required skills/experience:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance required, Accounting Degree preferred
• Two plus years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll
• Must have experience with using weighted average calculations for employees with multiple pay rates
• Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and 1C
• Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated payroll accounting system
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent Azerbaijani and English language skills
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
