HR Operations Specialist

Job Purpose

Responsible for performing Bank’s payroll and all other payroll related duties. Delivery correct, on time reporting and payments.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure SAP master data update, maintenance and synchronization based on employee movement  (vacation, business trip, termination, position and salary changes)
2. Preparation of employment letters to embassies and other organizations, references and HR related orders and amendments: vacation, termination, business  trips and etc.
3. Responsible for filling and keeping resigned employees’ personnel  files in order
4. Maintain the whole process of Medical Insurance
5. Maintain e-gov and ensure that all information is synchronized with SAP and employees’ personnel file
6. Other specific duties as assigned by the line manager

Additional requirements

– Education: Bachelor degree
– Work experience: Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
– License / Certificate: N/A
– Foreign Language: English (fluent)
– Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP
– Product Knowledge: Labor Code
– Market Knowledge: N/A
– Other: Good time-management skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
