Kids Club Instructor
Reports to: Administrator
Job Role Responsibilities:
Create a fun, lively and happy environment in the kids club
Lead entertaining activities;
Setting, organizing and clearing rooms
Motivate children with enthusiastic and imaginative activities;
Work with other employees to plan and coordinate work
Organize and take part in club events and activities
Work with flexibility;
Give a tour to customers and provide information if requested
Supervise children in between activities inside the kids club
Keep the toys and kids club tidy and arrange equipment and materials when required
Liaise with Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club
Inform Supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys
Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices
Position Qualification Knowledge
• Pedagogy or psychology background
• Demonstrated competence in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Excellent verbal and written expression
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Works well in a collaborative environment
• Good classroom management skills

Kids Club Supervisor
Reports to: Manager
Job Title: Kids Club Supervisor
Summary and Purpose of Role: Plans organize and directs comprehensive recreation programs for children. The position oversees a friendly, safety – focused and welcoming environment for children.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of the Kids Club
Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Meet with the Manager and Administrator on a regular basis to deploy staff where necessary
Liaise directly with parents of the children who will be attending the club
Ensure all on site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and updated as necessary
Plan and develop a fun, exciting, action packed programmer of activities
Be proactive and imaginative
Cover cashier/attendants when needed
Lead, motivate and develop other kids club employees
Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service
Develop positive working relationships with all departments
Ensure the kids club premises and equipment are clean at all times
Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by manager
Position Qualification Knowledge
• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of child care experience is desirable
• Ability to frequently ascend climbing wall structure
• Company policies and procedures pertaining to position
• Principles of baby-sitting
• Ability to use discretion and work independently
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Business acumen
• Strong analytical skills
