“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Senior Specialist for its Software Development Division.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Feeds the team with detailed information on any defects found, and help the project manager and the owner to prioritize defects
• Works with the DevOps to implement continuous integration and deployment, and runs automated tests in production environments after deployment to ensure quality
• Knows the product vision and works closely with the designers and the Tech Leads to translate their vision into tests
• Ensures written code is up to set quality standards, optimized, identified trivial bugs are fixed and application secured
• To manage and supervise other developers in the squad upon the requirement of the Head of the Division or upper management, to mentor junior experts for them to obtain required knowledge and experience
• Advise developers on quality standards and how to achieve them
SKILLS:
• Work experience: Minimum 4+ year experience in software development, engineering, Experience in software testing or QA
• Computer Skills: Scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Haskell, etc), Advanced Java knowledge and experience, (Experience with Spring framework is a major plus)
• Product Knowledge: SonarQube, Selenium, JIRA (or any other task management tool), GIT (or SVN), (Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD is a major plus)
• Foreign Language: English (upper-intermediate)
