“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Strategy Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Responsible for efficient coordination between the departments during project realization;
▪ To control and manage project execution plans for projects;
▪ Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information;
▪ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;
▪ To observe each project team member’s performance against objectives set in the project plan;
▪ To run effective project requirements definition process;
▪ Help prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget;
▪ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants;
▪ Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend;
▪ Frequent coordination, communication and/or team problem solving with other structural units for work production or service quality.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Plans own work and coordinates activities with other structural units and/or resources outside the organization.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
