Work location: Gadabay operation site, Azerbaijan
Work schedule: 22 working days, 9 rest days
Candidate Requirements:
Education: University degree, technical education is preferable;
Strong knowledge of MS office;
Strong command of English
Essential responsibilities are to be:
İnspection of the AIMC and contractor sites within the defined periods and report the findings to HSE Supervisor and relevant Management
Follow up the HSE deficiencies that they are corrected and keep records of the corrective actions
Be a member of the Incident Investigation Teams
Provide training to workforce if required
Be a member of risk assessment teams
Monitor or be a member of HSE monitoring team
İnspect and keep records of fire extinguishers, company vehicles, emergency response equipment and any other area defined to require an inspection
Be a member of the team in preparation of H&S instructions
Control of HSE Department’ Labors carry out their activities in a safe manner
Follow up the HSE documentation system components and be familiar with all procedures, forms and instructions
Be a member of the HSE auditing and inspection system of the workplaces and activities
Follow that HSE Labors reporting to him/her carry out their activities in a safe and environmentally sound manner
Be in cooperation with the Environmental Officer to ensure an effective HSE System
Assume the responsibilities of Environmental Officer during his/her absence
Ensure the HSE signage across the site are properly located and maintained
Manage and follow up any other job assigned by HSE Supervisor
