1. Head of Hydraulic workshop

Responsibilities:

• Lead Hydraulic workshop overseeing activities, including objectives and deadlines;
• Ensure all Hydraulics contracts and projects are delivered safely;
• Maintain high Level of delivery of behavioural based Safety Management, knowledge and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes.
• Manage, co-ordinate and execute all work associated with Hydraulic equipment under repair, overhaul or fabrication within the company workshop;
• Perform workshop duties, including repairing and maintenance of equipment;
• Ensure that all equipment is being repaired and maintained in an efficient and cost effective manner;
• Make recommendations regarding workshop and relevant operations carried out;
• Ensure the workshop and staff are operating in a neat and professional manner; 
• Assess workshop straff performance periodically and provide on the job training (OJT) when needed.

Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience as a Hydraulics Engineer (oil and gas industry experience preferred);
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields of hydraulic or mechanıcal engineering;
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organisation and leadership skills;
• Ability to work to deadlines;
• Being able to work as part of a team.

2. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sufficient experience in Oil and Gas industry; 
• Work closely with customers to understand their demands and expectations and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales;
• Effectively utilize the CRM, pipeline and activity processes to identify, assist, manage, and drive a prospective client from initial contact to sales close;
• Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs;
• Propose and actively contribute to improvements and efficiencies in Sales processes and resources;
• Prepare quotations and applications and deliver effective presentations;
• Participate in preparation of tender packages – RFP and analyzing tender proposals; 
• Consistently meet assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction;
• Prepare periodical reports about sales activities, ongoing and completed tasks.

Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience in the relevant position (construction, safety product, oil and gas industry experience preferred);
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively present product features and benefits to promote sales;
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practice;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
• Ambition to succeed.

3. Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sufficient experience in Oil and Gas industry; 
• Compare costs and evaluate the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment; 
• Review requisitions to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications;
• Outsource required materials/services across local and foreign market, benchmark and make proposals to optimize the expenses;
• Prepare tender packages – RFP and analyzing tender proposals; 
• Conduct contract negotiation for quotation shortening;
• Solicit for new vendors, schedule visits, and monitor vendor performance;
• Negotiate with the suppliers for the achievement of the best total cost of ownership, terms & conditions; 
• Prepare and issue purchase orders;
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, orders, lead times, delivery dates and costs;
• Prepare periodical reports about purchasing activities and costs, ongoing and completed tasks.

Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience in the relevant position (oil and gas industry experience preferred);
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong time management and result oriented;
• Ambition to succeed.

4. Head of NDT workshop

Responsibilities:

• Lead NDT workshop overseeing activities, including objectives and deadlines;
• Be responsible for implementation of all NDT Inspection activities and conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection;
• As applicable to the project and skill set, ability to set up NDT equipment conducts tests, interpret and evaluate findings in compliance with required specifications, standards and or customer specifications;
• Maintain a high level of delivery of behavioral based Safety Management, knowledge and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes;
• Organize and report test results;
• Run supervision on eliminating incompatibilities;
• Make recommendations regarding the workshop and relevant operations carried out;
• Ensure the workshop and staff are operating in a neat and professional manner; 
• Assess workshop staff performance periodically and provide on the job training (OJT) when needed.

Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience as an NDT Inspector (oil and gas industry experience preferred);
• Experience in a supervision or quality role preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s degree in Engineering or Technical will be a plus;
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organization and leadership skills;
• Ability to follow directions and procedures and exceptional attention to detail;
• Being able to work as part of a team.
