A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Finance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Design and implementation of all Accounting & Finance and Information Systems Policies & Procedures.
– Implementation of accounting standards to ensure compliance with local government and IFRS regulations.
– Preparation, supervision and approval of monthly journal entries, balance sheet and income statement.
– Assistances to the Group Director of Finance in the preparation of forecasts covering all activities of the entity.
– Reviews financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
– Establishes and maintains financial policies and procedures for the company.
– Reviews, monitors and manages budgets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– Prior work experience in Finance in the Hotel or Restaurant Industry.
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business accounting or other related field.
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Azeri & Russian.
– Strong Microsoft Office skills & Accounting/Finance Programs.
– Knowledge of finance, accounting & legal processes.
– Strong analytical, decision-making, communication skills.
– Preferably knowledgeable of the Uniform System of Hotel & Lodging industry (11th Version).
