We are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to be focused on the alignment of our business strategy, organization culture and the employee experience at Unibank.

This position reports directly to the Head of Human Capital Management department.

Job duties:

Partners with leadership and the Head of Human Capital Management department to design OD strategy according to the business strategy.
Leads the implementation of the Staff Performance Management Strategy, supports effective objective setting, personal development planning and performance evaluations.
Provides and implements leadership development strategies and solutions.
Designs and implements corporate organizational development (OD), internal communications (IC) and learning and development (L&D) strategies, plans and policies to support the delivery of the Strategic Plan.
Provides specialist expertise to the Head of Human Capital Management department and the Executive Team in the development of organisational culture, performance management, leadership, employee engagement and all aspects of organisational change and development.
Leads the OD team and provides the required guidance to the Internal Trainers.
Facilitates the implementation of change management programs to support cultural & organisational change in line with organisational values.
Supports specific performance improvement initiatives through the implementation of a new Competency Framework and Performance Management policy and procedure.
Acts as an Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.
Actively facilitates small and medium-sized group events. Delivers presentations to large groups at internal events and at external workshops and conferences if required.
Works with Remuneration & Compliance and HR Business Partnering functions as needed to get insights and provide guidance to Human Capital Management staff.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree; HR or L&D certification is desirable;
• More than 7 years of experience in HR with minimum 2 years in OD or L&D;
• At least one year of management experience;
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills;
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus;
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills;
• Event design and facilitation skills.
