HR Manager (Caspian Development Bank ASC)

İŞÇININ VƏZIFƏSI:

• ∙ HR-management processes: planning, recruitment, adaptation, appraisal and development;
• ∙ Develop and implement programs to stimulate and motivating staff;
• ∙ Development and implementation of measures aimed at the development of corporate culture;
• ∙ Development of a program of the internal talent pool for key positions;
• ∙ Methodological guidance and control planning of personnel costs and their optimization;
• ∙ Maintain internal communications system;
• ∙ Formation and management of staff HR department.
• ∙ Development and implementation of personnel policies in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the company;
• ∙ Creation of a full HR service
• ∙ Staging (analysis) of all HR processes and management of the company in the field of personnel management;
• ∙ Management of the adaptation of the personnel;
• ∙ HR management accounting and reporting;
• ∙ Manage staff motivation;
• ∙ Manage HR budgets;
• ∙ Planning of human resource needs, the formation of a personnel reserve;
• ∙ Retention and attraction of high-potential employees;
• ∙ Development and implementation of training and development of young specialists).

TƏLƏBLƏR:

•  Higher education;
•  Students studied in the foreign countries are preferred.
• ∙ Work experience in a company with a staff of 100 people .;
• ∙ Understanding of modern systems of personnel management;
• ∙ Experience in the field of personnel management for at least 5 years;
• ∙ Knowledge and experience in all areas of human resource management;
• ∙ development of management and communication skills;
• ∙ Real headhunting experience;
• ∙ A systematic approach to work, ability to work in multitasking situations;
• ∙ Striving for professional and personal fulfillment;
• ∙ Healthy ambition, sense of humor, stress tolerance, humanity, decency total.
• ∙ High level of interpersonal skills;
• ∙ Knowledge of business etiquette, friendliness;
• ∙ Attention to detail;
• ∙ leadership skills and ability to work in a team;
• ∙ Languages: Russian, Azerbaijani, English – fluent;
