- Analyzing current business processes and identifying improvement areas
- Oversee business results continuously and take necessary action for profitability
- Assess procedures and products and suggest for enhancement
- Offer strong analytical ability and judgment to inform and make decisions
- Design improved business processes, aligning them with related stakeholders within the Squad and central organization
- Make sure that new business processes are up to the company standards
- Checking the accuracy of pre-determined tariffs, exemptions and insurances, the appropriate level of valuation of the additional insurance object
- Proactively monitor the portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions, if necessary to ensure profitability
- Establish and update Underwriting Guidelines, Policy Forms and Training Materials
- Structure tailor-made underwriting solutions for new and existing Clients
- Support New Product development or New Distribution Channel exploration.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economics
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Underwriting, Insurance Industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and experience working in cross-functional teams preferred
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Excellent research, detail orientation and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong team player, able to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
