- You will: Lead and oversee the end-to-end Client engagements
- Build strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their business and challenges
- Identify and solve both client and internal challenges to help us execute efficiently and effectively
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and liase with cross functional teams to identify delivery support required and create recommendations on resource model to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage stakeholders in complex environments and at senior levels – across the client and Visa
- Bring subject matter expertise across diverse range of payments topics
- Playback results and success of programme to clients, leading to renewed contracts and programme extensions
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the team

- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

- 5 – 10 years experience leading and/or overseeing implementation project deliveries
- At least 3-5 years experience in management consulting firms, ideally with focus on large scale implementations / change management / processes optimization
- Deep understanding and empathy of customer needs and commercial drivers
- Technical competence to be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders -architects, UX practitioners and the development team essential
- Working in Agile environments is valuable, specifically the Scrum framework
- Able to keep pace with emerging technologies and genuine desire to be across new product designs and user experience trends
- Experience of presenting in person and remotely to a range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation is desirable
- Consumer banking, finance and/or payments experience desirable
- Experience with Financial Institution/Banking digital product development

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
- Experience in and passion for payments
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
