JOB SUMMARY
Support the Commercial team in overseeing the commercial area in order to create transparency on future developments, leading to accurate forecasting, appropriate design of processes, procedures and to identify opportunities to capture growth potential.
JOB DUTIES
• Coordination between the Sales and Controlling team on all commercial activities, in order to assure full transparency on information to achieve forecasted commitments
• Review and challenge forecast data based on good understanding of markets and customer needs
• Ensure pricing is in line with the pricing policy and is accurate and consistent
• Compile accurate financial forecasting and submit to senior management
• Monitor sales results on a daily basis. Provide regular updates at least on a weekly basis.
• Have regular communication with the sales team to identify potential commercial issues and take responsibility for appropriate communication
• Perform customer financial assessments
• Reporting on target achievement for main Commercial KPI’s:
• Meet customers together with Sales representatives to understand customer demands and to in order to identify and convert commercial opportunities
• Other tasks as may be reasonably directed
• Be fully aware of and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations in the company to ensure safe working
REQUIREMENTS
Functional Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Bugeting, forecasting; Financial Reporting rules; Financial Analyses; Financial indicators;
• Basic knowledge of tax law, bank law, tax procedures; annual audit and reporting procedures;
• Basic understanding of payment procedures / purchasing process
• Profound knowledge of local and and IFRS accounting rules / Financial indicators

Education & Experience
• University degree in Accounting/Finance or Commerce
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role
