Position: Personal Assistant to COO

Job Responsibilities
• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with other structures of company, suppliers and other staff arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree (business; administration; management)
• excellent written and oral communication skills on English, Russian and Azeri
• excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages Excel, Word, Powel Point
• good knowledge of mathematics and logical thinking
• good organizational and time management skills
