VAKANSİYA 1: Marketing Coordinator

Operational

• To work based on activities plan for Marketing in the Hotel – Promotions in different Divisions
• To lead our page on Facebook and Instagram with daily activities and posts
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To maintain and update list of main press contacts and media representatives.
• To conduct press monitoring on a monthly basis.
• To initiate and coordinate all photo and films shootings in the hotel to ensure it strictly coincides with the hotel image and reputation.
• To update regularly English and Russian versions of hotel web site as per latest changes and developments.
• To develop and maintain active contacts with the local and overseas press and mass media contacts.
• To continuously update press kits and have recent versions available in English and Russian.
• To support internal and external image of the hotel and take part in projects which can influence image of the company.
• To maintain the hotel library and photographic image and video filing
• To control all printing products and check they strictly coincide with International Hyatt Standards and Hyatt Regency Standars.
• To ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel and its services.
Continuously generate and provide new information and new creative ideas for the improvement of

Sales & Marketing function

• To take an active part in social events in the city and promote the hotel.

Customer Service

• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Brand Standards of Performance.

• Undergraduate degree – preference given to Sales, Marketing or business-related degrees
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Working experience in hotel in general (desirable)
• Experienced and comfortable communicating with clients
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Excellent written communication techniques; knowledgeable on making social posts
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in a 5-star hotel

VAKANSİYA 2: Assistant Sales Manager Corporate

Operational

• To have a knowledge of the GCC market and cooperation with government
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To systematically and efficiently look for and visit prioritized accounts in assigned territories and report findings and opportunities to the ADOS.
• To entertain potential and current customers based on business priorities.
• To ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication.  80% of own time to be dedicated to direct acquisition activities, individually or with Sales and Marketing staff.
• To ensure that all credit and collection procedures that have been established by the hotel are implemented following the established Credit Policies & Procedures in coordination with the Accounting department.

Financial

• To have a complete understanding of the Income Audit Section in the Operations Manual and Policies & Procedures.
• To assist in the monthly reforecast.
• To actively participate in weekly yield and revenue management meetings, overseeing the appropriate pricing structures to maximize yield and overall profits.

Customer Service

• To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• To ensure that all employees in Sales & Marketing Department deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Brand Standards of Performance.

Employee Handling

• To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department’s Operations Manual.

• Graduate degree – preference given to Sales, Marketing or business-related degrees
• Strong MS Office skills
• Flexibility to work longer hours occasionally because of business needs
• 3 years minimum prior experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally in 5 start hotel property
• 1 year minimum prior experience in managerial position
• Experienced and comfortable communicating with potential clients
• Ability to sell and knowledge of catering industry/function organizing.
