Position: Curator, Leadership and Management Development Programs

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Vice Rector of Executive Education, the Curator is responsible for development, planning, implementing and evaluating training programs

REQUIREMENTS

• BA in International Relations, Business Administration and Public Administration, MA preferably;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in learning and development required.

Critical Skills and Abilities:

• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Excellent skills in customer service;
• Ability to work in team;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (problem solving and negotiation skills);
• Strong presentation skills;
• Excellent written and verbal skills. Fluency in English and Azeri. Good command of Russian language;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP and CRM experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting the ADA University Executive Education mission and vision with respect to the assigned programs;
• Representing ADA University Executive Education in various public events and meetings internally and externally;
• Participating in identifying long-term objectives of the Executive Education programs and development of action plans to accomplish those objectives;
• Supporting research on new program and client portfolio expansion;
• Supporting in establishing new contacts with target audience on a regular basis and working closely with them;
• Communicating with clients on regular basis and responding to their requests for new programs;
• Responsible for assessment of the specific training needs of target audience;
• Developing proposals and program budget meeting specific client’s request;
• Responsible for training programs’ administration;
• Overseeing quality control throughout the entire program;
• Responsible for payment procedures (receivables and payables) and tracking in SAP;
• Working closely with Branding and Communication Office on developing marketing materials (brochures, website, brochures, etc.) in compliance with ADA University branding;
• Working closely with ADA University Foundation and other ADA University staff members on implementation of the programs’ objectives;
• Working closely with ADA University and visiting faculty on program design, delivery, and evaluation;
• Developing, updating and maintaining the database of professional development programs;
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting progress on program implementation to the Associate Vice Rector, Executive

Education on a regular basis;

• Developing mid-term and annual reports to be submitted to the Associate Vice Rector, Executive Education;
• Facilitating workshops and seminars for clients and Executive Education Alumni;
• Performing all other related duties as assigned by Associate Vice Rector, Executive Education.
