Position: Trade Marketing Manager
Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our highly professional team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic
• Lead within the country the development and implementation of category and trade channel management strategies. This will focus on increasing the company’s in-store presence in our categories, strengthening our brands, optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy.;
• Develop country, customer, trade channel strategies and tactics in line with respective head of key accounts, and building on general sales & marketing strategies;
• Focus on building expert knowledge in key categories and sharing this with the customer in order to build long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales;
Operational
• Define and manage the trade marketing budget;
• Contribute to category marketing plans, with customer & category analysis and promotional strategies;
• Continuous analysis of the customer’s position, works together with the Key Account Manager to recommend in-store actions aimed at strengthening the company position in the category;
• Develop and implement company promotional strategy (in line with brand priorities and media plans) across customers;
• Present Category strategies/ vision and 4P strategies to key customers;
• Key contact for the Product Group and Marketing team with regards to all promotional and customer activity;
• Negotiate and manage relationship with supplier / vendor to get the best possible rates;
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in FMCG field;
• Good in the English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• The ability to work both independently and with a team;
• Strong time management.
