VACANCY 1 – Well Control Instructor
Key responsibilities:
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Group Management System Procedures.
Develop, prepare and deliver IWCF and IADC Well Control training Courses.
Assess trainees.
Update and maintain IWCF/IADC training records.
Liaise closely with IWCF and IADC organisations.
Develop and deliver other appropriate training courses, including all material.
Assist with scheduling training courses to meet operational requirements for Company.
As required, program and operate WC simulator with appropriate well models.
Support and take active role in maintenance and up-grades to the systems and equipment.
Experience:
Ideally, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent experience and knowledge coming from a drilling background or well services background. Should also demonstrate experience working at supervisor level or preferred working as in a instructing capacity at the moment.
Minimum Qualifications:
PC Literate – Word / EXEL / POWERPOINT
Language: Fluent in Azeri, English, Russian

VACANCY 2 – Recruitment Manager

Recruitment manager will be responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. The manager will solve all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies.
Key responsibilities:
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters

VACANCY 3 – Lifting Operations / Scaffolding Instructor
To deliver Lifting Operations / Scaffolding Courses and other technical courses at SOCAR-AQS.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Group Management System Procedures.
Develop, prepare and deliver Lifting Operations, Scaffolding and other required training courses.
Assessment of trainees.
Maintain training records accurately and current.
Liaise closely with course accredited organisations.
Assist with scheduling training courses to meet operational requirements for Company.
Support and take active role in maintenance and up-grades to the training related systems and equipment.

VACANCY 4 – Contracts Specialist
Location: Office Department: Contracts
Employment Type: Full-time
Execution of the orders related to the drafting of all types of the contracts which protect company’s legal interests and rights.
Key responsibilities:
Participates in bid evaluations, negotiations and supplier selection;
Prepares contract documentation, Amendments and Variations in accordance with processes;
Manages contract administration in systems (SAP);
Liaises with business stakeholders throughout the sourcing and supplier management process;
Manages inputs to other systems, such as the Contracts Information Database, ensuring data is up to date at all times;
Ensures service delivery levels and requirements are understood by stakeholders and suppliers;
Identifies service delivery issues and resolves or escalates them with suppliers;
Assists with resolution of invoicing issues;
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
Higher education;
International experience;
Experience of SAP, or similar system, desirable
Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
Detail oriented Team Player;
Able to learn new systems quickly;
