Vacancy 1: Fit Out Manager
Responsibilities:
• Prepares project brief, complex schematic drawings from rough sketches conceptual design of various types of projects with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
• Selection of materials, preparing mood boards and presentation to Owners, Brands, Principals, Consultants and other departments as necessary.
• Attend kick-off meeting & site handover to receive LOD drawings & tenant manual from the Mall management/landlord.
• Site survey and measurements for estimating the actual site conditions & amending the drawings as necessary.
• Preparing of detailed architectural drawings, coordinate with internal departments, Brand Principals, and Consultants in terms of design requirements, technical drawings submission, follow ups and approval procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Planner for preparation of technical documents for submissions.
• Prepare estimated quantities of particular items on drawings as requested by the team.
• Participates equitably in the development and implementation of new concepts with Owners whether for existing or new brands.
• Interact with MEP Engineers, Project Planner and Site Engineers for monitoring the progress of execution related to Fashion Brands outlets.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years relevant experience after graduation.
2. Ability to work independently and with initiative.
3. Experience in Shopping Malls / Retail / Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
4. IT skills: AutoCAD all versions MS Project, MS Office, and other operating systems.
5. Degree/Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Designing
Vacancy 2: MEP Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and communicate specifications for purchase of materials and equipment/tooling when necessary.
• Examine, prepare and verify technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. May draft detailed multi-view drawings of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Analyze engineering sketches, specifications and related data and drawings to determine design factors.
• Design and plan the layout of electrical assemblies to customer requirements; communicating details with Manufacturing and Test.
• Communications and updates estimates, schedules, reports, and documents based on revisions and changes to the project.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in related sphere (electrical or mechanical engineering)
• Ability read blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings and wire lists.
• Experience in using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers and scales.
• Related engineering experience with specific experience in cable/harness manufacturing and design is a must
• Ability to effectively present and communicate information to top management.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the review and approval of design, construction plans and site inspections of all landscape improvements
• Oversee the design of a variety of projects
• Prepare landscape design and construction plans and cost estimates
• Research, prepare and present oral and written reports, letters and memoranda; prepare charts, graphs and visual aids.
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures
• Analyse and compile technical and statistical information
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in related sphere
• Knowledge of landscape architectural design, construction, and engineering principles and practices.
• Professional landscape architectural experience is a must
• Fluent knowledge of English and Azerbaijani language
Vacancy 4: Facade Site Manager
Responsibilities:
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Negotiate contracts for sub-contracting services and/or materials needed
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines
• Check feasibility of design ideas, based on factors, modify drawings to match with circumstances, confer with engineering, production, or sales departments, modify designs to conform with customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends
• Prepare and deliver final technical proposals to customers
• To check all the equipment, vehicles & installation tools required to execute the works is available as per the project planning
• Take site measurements and pass to Technical Department
Requirements:
• Software: AutoCAD 2D/3D, Excel, Primavera etc.
• Deep knowledge of steel structures, facade systems, sticks systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing etc.
• Languages: fluent English
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar position
