“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking for Acquiring Specialist.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Product management and development of Acquiring products;
• Analysis of Acquiring Customers monthly trend and preparing appropriate offers for activation;
• Benchmarking for Acquiring products in Merchants;
• Increasing the sales from acquiring products (POS terminals, E-commerce);
• Support the analysis the profitability of products, optimization of costs, stabilizing the turnover from acquiring products;
• Support in solutions of problems regarding acquiring products, coordination with necessary units within Bank, ability to convert of customers problems into opportunities and features;
• Continuously support for the analysis of local and international market for development of acquiring products;
• Support in coordination providing of necessary hardware and software capabilities to meet fast and seamless acquiring products and card operations functionality;
• Marketing research, preparation of marketing communication and deliverables in order to increase the awareness and products,
• Preparation of product presentations, coordination with Quality and Corporate Communications functions of the Bank.
• Perform analysis to ensure each segment meets their appropriate financial targets
• Create product activation plans
• Interact with POS customers to determine new features in correlation with their business needs
• Propose product / process optimization based on collected feedback
• Categorize collected feedback
• Assist customers who request support ranging from product training and troubleshooting.
SKILLS:
• University Diploma on Marketing / Business Development / Finance / Banking
• Basic knowledge about local and global card business ecosystem
• Knowledge about acquiring (POS terminals & E-commerce) business model;
• Basic knowledge about POS equipment operation
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani;
• Experience in Acquiring and Card products preferred
