Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer
Role and Main responsibilities:
• To provide administrative assistance to Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Division
• To manage calendar of Chief Marketing Officer, arrange relevant meetings and schedule appointments
• To ensure document management and archiving
• To give guidance to Marketing Division on related procedures
• To support in preparation of presentations and periodical reports
• To maintain relevant meeting minutes
• To provide translation of documents if necessary

Required education and work experience:
• University Degree
• 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field
• Experience in Administrative sphere is preferable
